Born in Kent, Liora Lassalle has always moved around a lot, having lived in Brighton, Los Angeles, Canada, East Sussex, Devon and London.
She studied Fashion and Print BA hons at Central Saint Martins, graduating in the summer of 2012, with a 1st Degree.
Her graduate collection was made using sustainable natural fabrics that can be produced in the Uk, such as hemp, jute and wool. Also upcycled denim and household waste such as tin and plastics bags were used for embellishment.
After graduating, Liora Lassalle went on to win the Estethica/Veolia resource competition with Central Saint Martins. This enabled her to produce an upcycled winter collection, and showcase it at Estethica during London Fashion Week February 2013.
Liora will be showcasing her collection at the Sustain show on Friday the 14th of June
