Jylle Navarro is a London based knitwear designer. Her collection is both highly colourful and experimental. Not only does she use the different yarns but also uses materials such as plastic bags, fake hair and Christmas tinsel within her work. She uses a range of different techniques from hand knitting, machine knitting and macramé. She takes influence from a range of themes incorporating aspects from horror imagery. She mainly looks at films and graphic novels such as Frankenstein, the Swamp Thing and the Walking Dead. She has never designed for a specific audience but believes each is a special one off piece.
