Isaac Raymond is a young aspiring 17 year old British Fashion Designer. He started designing in 2010, at the age of 12, after being inspired by Lady Gaga performing at the 2010 Video Music Awards on TV. It was her outrageous and amazing fashion sense that grabbed Isaac’s attention.
Isaac has been causing a stir in fashion circles around London…
“I think Isaac is displaying a great eye for detail and is able to compose well-fitting and wearable items. Some of the designs are reminiscent of classic fairytale characters, which he cleverly complements with original silhouttes and Manga images. His expressiveness shines through a bold use of colour and texture as well as a touch of drama. I am intrigued to find out what he can come up with next!” said Josef Jammerbund, Head of Events at The British Fashion Council.
Isaac’s latest collection called ‘The Revolution of Bravery’ has drawn inspiration by the challenges many youths face today. His greatest desire is to excite, keeping his designs dramatic yet elegant.
Isaac is inspired by the likes of Alexander McQueen, Gareth Pugh, Donatella Versace and Hussein Chalayan to name a few.
Isaac Raymond will be creating a exclusive upcycled collection for the show that will be showcased at Zeitgeist on Friday 16th October.
